To place an order, select the desired color and size of the product you want to purchase and then add the product to your bag. You can modify or validate your basket before making your payment. Once you have selected your items, complete your order by clicking on “Checkout”. You’ll be asked to choose your payment method and enter your shipping details. Please, check that the information you entered is correct and click “Pay now”.

After making a purchase you will receive an email confirming your order within several minutes. When your order is shipped, you will receive a second email with a tracking number so that you can track delivery of your package.

If you have not received your order confirmation email within 24 hours, we kindly recommend checking your Spam and Promotions folders, as such messages may occasionally be filtered there.

If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please contact us at shop@karolinaskingdomspain.com as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, however we cannot guarantee your order may be changed once it’s been submitted.

The amount of duty and tax you will need to pay depends on various factors, such as the country of delivery, order value, and product type.

A pre-order lets you exclusively reserve a limited product that will become available at a later date.

You can return any item purchased within 14 days of the delivery date from the country the item was delivered to, except evening attire, couture dresses and mini me couture. To be eligible for a return, all items must be in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. Merchandise that has been worn, used (washed, soiled, having a strong smell of cigarettes), altered, or damaged will not be accepted. Please use the original packaging included in your shipment to return any item.
